We have just sold our caravan via Wallace Caravans who acted as a broker. Everything was crystal clear with their Brokerage Contract and we knew up front we would have to pay for a service and valet before they could sell it. At our own insistance, we tried for a high price to begin with, but knew we were pushing it. In January we asked Katherine to drop the price and she immediately got some serious interest. We concluded the sale and the money was in our bank by the end of January – all very efficient and straightforward. Katherine was great to deal with – very responsive and professional. Thanks to her and all the team for their help in getting a good sale.

Really impressed with these dealers. Not pushy at all, we said what we were looking for and the lovely lady got the keys and opened 4 caravans for us. She then let us look around each one numerous times and only popped back to see if we were ok and needed anything. We then spoke to a lovely man and he explained all the details of their service and what we needed to do if we liked any of the vans. We fell in love with one of the caravans we saw and will be putting a holding deposit down this week! Fantastic place, great people!
Bought our caravan from them last week. There was no sales pressure & we were allowed to take our time viewing & inspecting the caravan. When we collected it the following week it was a thorough handover everything was explained in simple terms & again we were not rushed. Everyone was friendly & I would highly recommend them.

From the initial advice and guidance when we were looking at our requirements, through reserving a new model then transferring our reservation to a nearly new caravan, completing the purchase, dealing swiftly with the minor snagging repairs needed, and then the follow-up care and attention from all the team, but especially Jaime, we have been completely impressed. We are enjoying the new caravan, and are looking forward to 2023 and beyond.

Once again I must praise this company I bought a caravan off them in the summer we went away with it October and discovered a problem with the heating.we phoned them up for a bit of advice on what to try ,they sent out their mobile engineer who found the problem he got me to drop the caravan at their yard and fixed the problem at no cost to me. I just can’t praise wallace caravans enough . To buying my caravan to after sales service they will not be beaten in my opinion
Not long after purchasing our New Caravan I had to accept I was no longer well enough to continue caravanning. I was worried about how we would sell the caravan. My daughter suggested we speak to Wallace Caravans she had heard good reports about them. After checking reviews I decided to take my daughters advice. I spoke with Katherine from Wallace Caravans who explained how she organizes the sale of the caravan and how she can offer finance and warranties to potential buyers. Katherine reassured us that we were doing the right thing. She told us that our caravan would sell quickly and not to worry as she would deal with everything. All we had to do was wait for the call telling us our caravan had sold.We were feeling very positive about everything. Then not long after dropping our caravan of we were hit with another lockdown. You can imagine how we felt. We went from elation to deflation very quickly. I gave Katherine a call expressing my concerns, she was very reassuring and understanding, she told me not to worry as they were still doing distance selling. Well true to her word our caravan was sold for a better price than any other dealer offered us. We are delighted with the quality of care and service we were given. Really happy with their Brokerage service where they sold our caravan and without any hassle.It did take a while to sell but when it happened it all went very quickly and smoothly. If I was buying a caravan from them I would also have confidence in them as they dealt with me very professionally and solved some issues with the caravan to allow it to go up for sale.It’s a small caravan company but the service was miles better that a larger Bailey dealer in Perthshire and wish we had known about Wallace caravans a few years ago.Katherine was easy to deal with and it was definitely a stress free transaction !

My husband and I hired this out last weekend. We are used to going camping in summer but always said we wanted to hire a motorhome. We found a great deal for the van, so good in fact that my husband thought it was a con haha!The van was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The communication with Katherine was second to none and she even offered us to pick it up early on the day as no one had hired the van before us (something we always discuss about businesses)The van had everything we needed and you only had to worry about packing your food and clothes. It was equipped with utensils, cutlery, bedding, cloths, towels and even dominios and a pack of cards. We were also left a little treat to enjoy (chocolate and wine)We took a spare heater just incase but we didnt need it as the heating in the van was so good. We had a great few days away chilling in the motorhome. I would highly recommend this company as it has been one of the best services we have received and great value for money. Thanks again.
