We are Central Scotlands leading National Caravan Council Approved Dealerships. We are fully approved to carry out all warranty work on Elddis Caravans. Once we complete a service on a caravan we automatically upload the servicing sheets on to the Elddis Gateway system. This allows Elddis to have a full history of the caravan and it is a requirement for the warranty. We can’t submit a warranty claim unless the Gateway servicing system is up to date. Only Elddis approved retailers and service centres have access to this Gateway system. Getting your caravan serviced by Wallace Caravans (Kirkcaldy) saves you the hassle of going back and forward between servicing companies and the retailer if warranty work is required, we automatically submit warranty claims if they are required.
Purchased your caravan from another Dealership but you need warranty work carried out?
At our discretion, we have started to offer this service for Elddis Caravans. If you bring your caravan to us for its service and we discover it needs warranty work carried out, we can submit a claim to Elddis. Please note manufacturers rate of pay does tend to be slightly lower than our standard rate of pay so there may be a fee but may outweigh long travels to Dealerships down South.
